The conference will be held on the Eastern Mediterranean University campus which is located in Gazimagusa (Famagusta). Gazimagusa is a coastal city situated in the east of  the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. International travellers need to travel via Turkey or to Larnaca. From Turkey, you can travel to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus by air or sea.  If you choose to travel by air, which is the easiest route, you should book your flight via Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya,Dalaman, Ankara and Adana  to Ercan Airport on Cyprus Turkish Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Atlasjet or Pegasus. If you prefer the marine-lines, you may take a ferry or speed cruises from Mersin, Tasucu, or Antalya (From Turkey) arriving at Girne or Gazimagusa Harbors.

As there is no service from the Ercan airport and Larnaca to the city Gazimagusa, it is advisable to use hotel's shuttle service which will cost 30 $ (return) for each person from Ercan and/or you can take taxi from Larnaca which will cost 100 $ (one way, and if you wish us to send taxi to the airport for you, please inform us) .

 Notes:   

1- Traffic drives on the left side. 

2- If you are coming via Turkey be sure if you need (transit) visa for Turkey. If you are coming from Larnaca be sure if you need visa for Cyprus.
