FULL-PAPER SUBMISSION

Participants are expected to submit full papers by 23 January 2009. We would like to inform you also that the conference proceedings will be published by Eastern Mediterranean University Press. Hardcopy proceedings in the form of a book will be available during the conference.  Any delay on full paper submission may provide a reason to the publisher to default on their promise of in-time delivery. Therefore, we request that you submit the full papers as early as possible for editing procedures, but please not later than 23 January 2009. Please use APA style and formatting in your paper. Full Papers should be between 3500-5000 words.
