The abstracts of the proposed papers are expected by 27 June 2008. Please submit abstracts of no more than 300 words in length. Proposals on any key, general or related theme will be considered. You can submit your abstracts through online paper submission system without attaching the paper itself. The system will warn you as you have not uploaded any paper. Please ignore the message if you see your abstract is being listed while you login to the system using the password you created. The deadline for submission of abstracts for consideration by the program committee is 27 June 2008.
 
Please note that accepted paper abstracts can be viewed on the website. Committee will notify applicants by August 29, 2008.
Papers for presentation should be no more than 8 or 9 pages long and ready for a 15 minute (maximum) presentation during the conference. Projector and computer will be available in each conference hall.
Submissions are subject to blind peer review at every stage. Abstracts and papers will be accessible to all participants on the conference web site once the complete program is set.
